When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most stock urns can ship same day
even engraved if we get the order before noon that day. We ship all urns with tracking.
Please also note that some of the urns have free shipping while others have shipping rates for many cremation urns we sell . To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please keep in mind that some of our cremation urns are made to order, which means an average of 2-5 business days for production, and sometimes longer for personalized products. However, there are often times in which our production teams get ahead and have urns in stock and ready to ship, and there are many more urns that can be quickly produced if needed, so please call if you want a particular urn shipped quickly.
We offer the following options for shipment delivery:
Ground or priority mail Shipping - Normally takes about 2-3 business days to ship anywhere in the contiguous U.S. Average basic shipping costs range from $10-15.00 (west coast and new england areas usually the higher cost)
Priority mail express- 1 -2 day delivery continental US. usually around $45.00
Next Day Air - Guarantees delivery by 10:30am or 12:00 noon (depending on destination) the next business day after the item is shipped. If your funeral urn is shipped on Monday, it will arrive by 10:30 or 12:00 noon on Tuesday. For rush items, please call to ensure your order is processed and that production time can meet your needs. $75.00 and up
Next Day Air saver - Guarantees delivery by 3:00pm to major cities in the contiguous U.S., **Call for availability.**
Saturday Delivery - Call for availability.

Serving all 50 states: We will ship our cremation urns to most locations.
Damaged items: Please contact us immediately in order to
process a damage claim with the shipping company. If the damage claim is not done in a timely fashion the receiver takes responsibility for the damage. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the product in “like new” condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note that urns are not returnable if ashes are poured
directly into the urn.
To return merchandise:
1) Request a Return Shipping Label at email email@example.com or by phone at 1-630-697-1893
2) A Return Shipping Label will be emailed to you. Print the label and attach to outside of the original box the urn was delivered in. Place original packing slip and product in the original box and drop off at a designated UPS location.
3) Refunds will be credited to paypal or the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. An email confirmation of the credit will be sent to the email address on file once the return is processed.
4) Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.
